This archive brings together a selection of Ambedkarite literature and visual material drawn from personal and community collections, centred around the life and thought of Dr. B. R. Ambedkar and the movement he inspired. The materials included here reflect a long tradition of writing, circulation, and study that has shaped Ambedkarite political and cultural life.
Much of this material has been preserved through the efforts of the late Mr. Dekate, whose extensive personal collection forms the basis of this archive. The images presented here are selections from a larger body of work, digitised to ensure continued access and circulation.
